1. Privacy-First Philosophy

MyFutureBaby is built with a "Privacy-First" approach. Unlike traditional AI applications, we minimize data transmission and prioritize your control over your personal images.

2. Data Collection & Processing

• Photos & Images: All parent photos and generated baby images are stored locally on your device using browser technology (IndexedDB). We do not upload, store, or see your personal gallery.
• AI Processing: To generate results, images are sent via secure encrypted connection to the Google Gemini AI API. These images are used for processing only and are not retained by our app servers.
• BYO API Key:Users must provide their own Gemini API Key. This key is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.
• Account Data: If you link your account via Google Sign-In, we store your email address and UID in Firebase solely to manage your Premium status.

3. Use of Google Services

Our app uses Firebase (for authentication and hosting) and Google Gemini (for AI generation). By using this app, you also agree to be bound by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features are available via Weekly, Monthly, and Lifetime plans. All payments are handled securely through the Google Play Billing System. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Google Play account settings.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The results generated by this app are AI simulations for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute a biological or medical guarantee. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the deletion of the app or clearing of browser data.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data instantly by clearing your browser's site data or deleting the app. If you wish to delete your linked account, please contact us at the email provided above.
